New Year's day flog

breakfast

oatmeal with pumpkin seeds and - pumpkin pie spice!
yogurt
organic banana
orange juice, and a little water (not together)


lunch
pan fried tempeh and potatoes
Vault energy drink (boo! my new year's resolution was to stop drinking soft drinks - it lasted half a day)

dinner
lentils in gravy, with chopped carrot
whole wheat garlic toast
