Indian curry
I found a source for Indian curry pastes, and I've been trying a couple recently. My favorite so far is a madras curry. Tonight I used some leftover sauce I made earlier in the week and simmered some frozen peas in it. It tasted just like something I had in a frozen Indian meal I got at the grocery store. I'm planning on making a big batch and freezing it in individual serving containers. I just don't know what I'd have with it.
